VIP Access Requirements (Important)

• If you are not logged in, discounts and freebies will not activate.

• We cannot manually add VIP discounts, free resin, or pigment gifts after an order is placed - no exceptions.

VIP Sale T&Cs

• Access to the sale is provided exclusively via the private VIP link emailed to subscribers.

• Orders are processed and dispatched in the order they are received.

• Due to extremely high demand, dispatch delays are expected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for dispatch from your order date (subject to change).

• Express Shipping speeds up transit but does not prioritise dispatch.
  Some products cannot travel express.

• Transit delays may occur due to peak-season courier congestion.

• Discounts are automatically applied and cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or offer (including ambassador codes and wholesale pricing).

• Stock is strictly limited at promotional pricing.

• Just Resin cannot guarantee availability of items during the sale.

• Orders cannot be changed, combined, edited, or cancelled once placed.

How it works:

• For every $200 AUD spent on products (excluding shipping), the customer will receive one (1) free 1L Epoxy Resin Kit.

• A maximum of 10L of free resin can be redeemed per order.

  • e.g., Spend $600 in products = 3L free resin

  • e.g., Spend $2,500+ in products = capped at 10L free resin

• Free resin type is selected by Just Resin.

• Discounts & Gifts will not be added manually if:

General GWP Conditions

• Shipping costs for purchased products and free gifts are payable by the customer, and is calculated at checkout.

• JR reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the GWP promotions at any time.

• JR reserves the right to withhold a GWP at our discretion, within reasonable consideration.

• GWP items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
