General
Art Supply orders can only be cancelled by the purchaser if payment has not been processed. Orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch. If Just Resin finds an issue with your order, or has a question regarding your order, your order will be held until you have replied with the relevant information. If you are purchasing an item under a Promotion/Sale, please refer to T&C's in particular to that Sale also. By purchasing a Just Resin product, you understand and accept that you cannot resell any Just Resin product without written authorization from Just Resin. Offline payments are to be made within 7 days of order being placed, if payment not received, the order will be cancelled with or without notification to you. Just Resin reserves the right to sell its products at its discretion.

Just Resin cannot predict or control all conditions of use or handling of Just Resin products, and each user must review relevant documentation in the context of the conditions under which they intend to handle and use Just Resin products. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure a proper assessment has been carried out. No representation or warranties, either expressed or implied, or merchantability, fitness for purpose or any other nature are made here under with respect to Just Resin products.​


Shipping & Delivery​

For Australian Purchases :
JustResin ships orders to the address noted at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered accurately. JustResin takes no responsibility for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. JustResin takes no responsibility for the cost of orders being returned to sender, and then reshipped to the customer, due to an incorrect address entered.


When purchasing Resin & Art Boards - Shipment may be split due to different shipping methods used.

We try our absolute best to keep our flat rate shipping, exactly that ... "flat".
However for some Regional, Rural & Isolated areas, additional shipping fee's may apply due to lack of delivery resources in the area - if you are concerned that your order may attract additional fee's, please feel free to contact us via email with note of what you would like to order and we shall advise if additional fee's are applicable. Alternatively, please place your order as per usual, and you will receive an email if in the chance that any additional fee's apply.
 
Express Post Shipping Option
Please note that all goods are approved for Express Post Shipping, with the exception to the following :

  • Art Resin

  • Art Cast Slow Set

  • Art Cast Fast Set

  • Alcohol Inks
     

Goods NOT listed above, CAN move via the Express Post Shipping Option.
If the Express option is selected, and your order consists of any of the above items, your order will move via Standard Shipping.

IMPORTANT : Transport delays are out of Just Resin's control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays incurred.



When will my order ship? 
For Australian Art Supply orders placed prior to 5pm AEST, they will generally be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
 

Note that transit times vary depending on destination - and COVID Delays are currently being experienced on top of the standard turnaround times noted below.

For Victorian orders : Please allow 2 - 7 Business days for arrival
For all other Australian States : Please allow 3 - 8 Business days for arrival


What if my order is lost or damaged?
Just Resin will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of delivery in writing to the delivery driver and in reference to that shipping connote, nor for goods left in any place at your request. Transport delays are out of Just Resin's control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays incurred.

For International Purchases : 
Pricing excludes any Duties or Taxes applicable in your country of residence.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
Just Resin will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of delivery in writing to the delivery driver and in reference to that shipping connote, nor for goods left in any place at your request (this includes any shipping option that does not include signature required).

Please take photographs and contact us within 24hours of your orders arrival to resolve, be sure to include the order number within the email. Do not dispose of items. Transport delays are out of Just Resin's control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays incurred.

Art Supply Refunds & Returns
For Australian & International Purchases :
Please choose carefully, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or misuse. Goods are to be returned within 14 days from order received, we will offer a full refund of the item via the original payment method, less the original delivery cost and a 20% restocking fee of the item/s purchased. We accept the return of any item, the goods must be unopened, in original condition, and in saleable condition. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense - see delivery requirements. No refunds can be given after 14 days from order received. To request a refund, please email us with your order number and reason for return.

Replacement Requests
Should you find an issue with a product, please get in touch as soon as possible, and no later than 14days of receiving the product. Fifty percent or more of the product in its original container, is required to be returned for our technical department to run tests accordingly. Once testing has been completed, an appropriate solution will be provided. 

-Refunds & Delivery Requirements
Some Epoxy Resins are classified as Dangerous Goods and are to be shipped in compliance with the Australian Dangerous Goods Code, with note to different sized kits. Orders are shipped with dedicated shipping companies via Dangerous Goods transport method (of which is charged accordingly). All goods that were originally sent to the purchaser via Dangerous Goods, must be returned in compliance with the Australian Dangerous Goods Code.

e-Vouchers / Gift Vouchers
Valid for 12months from date of purchase. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Vouchers can be used towards any available artwork, commission piece, or any JR Art Supplies Product. Vouchers will be emailed to your noted email address.


Just Resin reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Just Resin will not be liable to you for any such change or removal. Changes to the website and these terms and conditions can occur at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
