Australian Made Silicone Mould Release Spray
The product is a heavy duty, silicone mould release agent, which provides excellent release characteristics on a wide range of thermoplastics and rubbers.

It provides a wet, heavy duty film for the release of plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes.

Suitable for epoxy resins, nylon, abs, polyester, melamine, acrylics, polystyrene, rubber & celluloses.  

If printing or plating of surfaces is required, Hales Paintable Mould Release 527 should be used instead. It will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. 

Application:
Shake well before use.
When unfamiliar with the application of this product, testing is highly recommended.
Hold approx. 25cm from surface, spray a light but even film over the area to be treated. Remove any excess lubricant with a cloth. 
Operational up to 150ºc
