Shipping & Delivery​
JustResin ships orders to the address noted at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered accurately. JustResin takes no responsibility for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. JustResin takes no responsibility for the cost of orders being returned to sender, and then reshipped to the customer, due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.


When purchasing Resin & Art Boards - The shipment may be split due to different shipping methods used.

We try our absolute best to keep our flat rate shipping, exactly that ... "flat".

However for some Regional, Rural & Isolated areas, additional shipping fee's may apply due to lack of delivery resources in the area - if you are concerned that your order may attract additional fee's, please feel free to contact us via email with note of what you would like to order and we shall advise if additional fee's are applicable. Alternatively, please place your order as per usual, and you will receive an email if in the chance that any additional fee's apply.



Shipping Delays
Please note that all shipping delays are out of our control. COVID19 is severely impacting transport, and delays can be lengthy especially when selecting standard shipping options. Should you need your goods in a hurry, it is suggested to select an express shipping method. To keep track of your order, we send you an email once dispatched, and you may refer to the shipping companies website. 


 
Express Post Shipping Options (Aust Post Express & DHL Express)
Please note that all goods are approved for Express Post Shipping, with the exception to the following :

  • Art Resin

  • Art Cast Slow Set

  • Art Cast Fast Set

  • Alcohol Inks

  • Krylon Spray Varnish

  • Montana Liquid Metallic Paints
     

Goods NOT listed above, CAN move via the Express Post Shipping Options.
If the Express option is selected, and your order consists of any of the above items, your order will move via Standard Shipping.

IMPORTANT : Transport delays are out of Just Resin's control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays incurred.



StarTrack Shipping Options
All Premium shipments must be delivered via Authority to Leave, should the delivery address not be deemed safe to leave the package without a signature, you may be charged for the package to be returned to the local post office.

The use of StarTrack Express is for Business deliveries only, and via Authority to Leave. Packages not deemed safe to leave without a signature, will be returned to the StarTrack Depot, and you may be charged for the futile tripe, + for the package to be redelivered to you.



Aramex Couriers (Formerly known as Fastway) Shipping Options
Deliveries can only be made to residential or commercial addresses. Aramex cannot deliver to a PO Box, or to a Post Office collection facility. Should the package be returned to sender on this basis, you may be charged for the return cost and for the package to be redelivered to you.



When will my order ship? 
For Australian Art Supply orders placed prior to 5pm AEST, they will generally be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Note that transit times vary depending on destination - and COVID Delays are currently being experienced on top of the standard turnaround times noted below.
For Victorian orders : Please allow 2 - 7 Business days for arrival
For all other Australian States : Please allow 3 - 8 Business days for arrival
 

What if my order is lost or damaged?
Just Resin will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of delivery in writing to the delivery driver and in reference to that shipping connote, nor for goods left in any place at your request (this includes any shipping option that does not include signature required).

Please take photographs and contact us within 24hours of your orders arrival to resolve, be sure to include the order number within the email. Do not dispose of items. Transport delays are out of Just Resin's control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays incurred.

Just Resin reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Just Resin will not be liable to you for any such change or removal. Changes to the website and these terms and conditions can occur at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
