Just Resin EOFY Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion

The Just Resin EOFY Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Just Resin Pty Ltd (“Promoter”, “Just Resin”, “we”, “us” or “our”) via www.justresin.com.au.

By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 7:30pm AEST on 29 May 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 12 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

All eligible entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.

Orders placed before 7:30pm AEST on 29 May 2026 or after 11:59pm AEST on 12 June 2026 will not be eligible for entry into the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.

Employees, directors, management, contractors, suppliers, agencies, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

This Promotion is open to eligible Australian residents only. International entries are not permitted.

4. How to Enter

Eligible entrants will receive entries by placing an order with Just Resin during the Promotion Period.

For every AUD $75 spent in total, including shipping, the entrant will be allocated one entry into the Promotion.

Entries are calculated in whole $75 increments only. Any remaining spend below a full $75 increment will not receive a partial entry.

No physical or digital entry ticket will be issued to customers. Eligible entrants will be added to the Promotion draw list the applicable number of times based on their eligible spend.

Examples:

• $75 total spend = entrant is added to the draw list 1 time

• $150 total spend = entrant is added to the draw list 2 times

• $225 total spend = entrant is added to the draw list 3 times

• $300 total spend = entrant is added to the draw list 4 times

Entries stack based on the total eligible spend.

Multiple eligible orders placed during the Promotion Period may be combined for the purpose of calculating entries.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, unpaid, disputed, or otherwise invalid will not be eligible. If an order is partially refunded, the corresponding number of entries may be reduced or removed.

No additional fee is payable to enter the Promotion.

5. Prize Structure

There will be 10 prizes awarded.

Major Prizes

1st Prize
Winner’s choice of either:

• $2,000 AUD cash, or

• $2,500 AUD Just Resin product voucher

2nd Prize
Winner’s choice of either:

• $800 AUD cash, or

• $1,000 AUD Just Resin product voucher

3rd Prize
Winner’s choice of either:

• $400 AUD cash, or

• $500 AUD Just Resin product voucher

4th Prize
Winner’s choice of either:

• $200 AUD cash, or

• $300 AUD Just Resin product voucher

5th Prize
Winner’s choice of either:

• $100 AUD cash, or

• $199 AUD Just Resin product voucher

Runner-Up Prizes

6th to 10th Prize
Each winner will receive:

• $100 AUD Just Resin product voucher

The maximum total prize pool is valued at $4,999 AUD, based on the maximum product voucher values available.

6. Prize Conditions

Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer or another payment method determined by the Promoter.

Product vouchers are redeemable only at Just Resin and are:

• not redeemable for cash;

• not transferable;

• valid for 12 months from the date of issue;

• subject to Just Resin’s standard voucher terms and conditions.

Where a winner has the choice between a cash prize and a product voucher, the winner must make their selection within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. Once selected, the prize option cannot be changed.

The Promoter is not responsible for any tax, duty, bank fee, currency conversion fee, or other cost associated with accepting or using a prize.

Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for an alternative prize, except at the Promoter’s discretion or where required by law.

Each eligible entrant may only win one prize. If an entrant is drawn more than once, their first valid drawn prize will stand and any subsequent drawn entry for the same entrant will be disregarded and redrawn.

7. Draw Details

Winners will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 16 June 2026 

The first valid entrant drawn will receive the 1st Prize. The second valid entrant drawn will receive the 2nd Prize. This process will continue until all 10 prizes have been allocated.

If the same entrant is drawn more than once, only their first valid prize will be awarded, and any later drawn entry for the same entrant will be disregarded and redrawn.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 business days of the draw.

Winners may be required to verify their identity, age, order details, email address, place of residence, and eligibility before a prize is awarded.

The winners’ first name, initial of surname, and state or territory may be published on Just Resin’s website, email newsletter, and/or social media channels.

9. Unclaimed Prizes and Redraw

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

Any redraw will take place on 1 July 2026

Redraw winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 business days of the redraw.

10. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The more an eligible entrant spends during the Promotion Period, the more times they will be added to the draw list. Additional entries increase an entrant’s chances of being drawn but do not guarantee winning.

11. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including order details, payment status, email addresses, identity, age, and place of residence.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• tampers with the entry process;

• submits false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information;

• breaches these Terms & Conditions;

• engages in unlawful, dishonest, abusive, or inappropriate conduct;

• cancels, refunds, reverses, disputes, or fails to pay for an order used to gain entries;

• is a resident of the Australian Capital Territory;

• is not an Australian resident.

The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility, entries, prize allocation, and disqualification is final, subject to applicable law.

12. Social Media Conditions

This Promotion may be promoted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, SMS, and/or other marketing channels.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, Shopify, or any other third-party platform used to promote the Promotion.

Entrants release those platforms from any liability associated with the Promotion.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners, awarding prizes, and communicating with entrants.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Just Resin’s Privacy Policy.

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Just Resin. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications during the Promotion Period may affect the Promoter’s ability to contact the entrant if they are drawn as a winner.

14. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or invalid entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, payment processing delays, internet failures, email delivery issues, social media issues, or third-party platform issues that may affect entry into the Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense, or claim suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion, participation in the Promotion, or acceptance or use of any prize.

15. Changes to the Promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, terminate, or extend the Promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, stock availability, legal requirements, platform issues, or events outside the Promoter’s control.

Any changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

16. General

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any applicable laws of other Australian states and territories.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
